30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind. This applies to the one-time $19.99 Season Pass.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@commanddynasty.com and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your Season Pass access to the Daily GM Report, Trade Analyzer and Draft Room ends immediately. Your account, imported leagues and free features remain available.

Outside the 30 days

After 30 days we will still review requests case by case — for example billing errors, duplicate charges or a prolonged service outage. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to every order.
