Terms & Conditions

Dynasty Desk (the "Service") is owned and operated by Dodd's Deals ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, importing a league or purchasing the Season Pass you are entering into an agreement with Dodd's Deals and you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your country and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

The service

Dynasty Desk is a fantasy football analytics tool. It imports your league from Sleeper, Yahoo or ESPN and produces age-adjusted asset values, contention windows, trade pricing, draft pick valuations and AI-assisted commentary. Everything the Service produces is opinion and analysis for entertainment purposes. It is not financial, betting, legal or professional advice, and we make no promise about league results.

Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of league or platform rules;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or team owner;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of anyone else;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, penetration testing, rate-limit evasion, or scraping of our valuations, value chart or API responses;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service or its outputs as a competing product, or circumvent technical or plan limits;
• share credentials or league access tokens belonging to other people without their permission.

AI features

The Daily GM Report and AI GM Brief generate text automatically. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and you are responsible for how you use them and for verifying anything important before acting on it. Do not submit content you do not have the right to submit, and do not attempt to use the AI features to produce unlawful, hateful, harassing or deceptive content. We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and may suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse these features.

Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own fantasy leagues for the duration of your access. Dodd's Deals retains all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, valuation models, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. NFL player data is sourced from third-party providers including Sleeper's public API; we are not affiliated with Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, the NFL or the NFLPA.

Service level

We work to keep Dynasty Desk available and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party league providers can change or restrict their APIs at any time, which may interrupt imports.

Payment and subscription terms

The Dynasty Desk Season Pass is a one-time purchase of $19.99 USD that unlocks the Daily GM Report, Trade Analyzer and Draft Room for the stated season. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases; changes never affect a pass you have already bought. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in the Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. When access ends, your league data may be deleted; contact us before closing your account if you need an export.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Dodd's Deals against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

Changes, assignment and law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dodd's Deals is established, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
